Your happiness means the most to me. Should you be unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order first. Do not mail anything back until you contact me first. 


Refunds/exchanges will be issued upon arrival( and inspection) of item(s) back to me and in brand new, unworn condition; meaning the same way it was shipped to you. Qualifying refunds must be mailed back with tracking and insurance. Refunds will be issued for the item purchased excluding shipping fees/costs. 


Even with tracking orders can get lost, extremely rare but can occur. Please allow 6-8 weeks after shipping delivery time to you and I will work with you to either receive FULL refund(this includes shipping price) or if you wish similar item be resent to you. 

Custom orders and earrings are final sale.


If you are an International customer( outside of Canada) and charged customs fees ( which happen at random), please understand I hold no responsibility for this nor is it my fault in any way.

Please make sure you are aware of your country and state/province wildlife laws as well. Should customs cease your item(s), charge additional fees( customs/handling), etc, I am not responsible for this. A refund will not be issued in this circumstance. All customs fees are solely your responsibility.


All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Orders within Canada and USA are shipped with Canada post Expedited. International orders are shipped Canada post( Xpresspost). Please provide a contact phone number upon time of purchase. These are the cheapest and safest ways that I can ship; I do not make money off of shipping costs.

If you prefer a different shipping method( UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc) please contact me first.

I do allow pick up's if you are local( within Ontario GTA), please contact me first.


Payment plans: 

I offer a 90 day payment plan( 3 months). A deposit of 20% is required to reserve an item(s). An invoice can be set up through PayPal where you can pay as you wish within the alloted time. Should you require more time, please contact me.

If layaways are not paid off within the 90 day payment plan and there has been no communication from you,  the PayPal invoice will be canceled, item(s) you reserved will be relisted in 10 business days and your payments forfeited. Communication is important so please be sure to let me know if something changes so there are no issues. I reserve the right to choose to issue a store credit.
